kali-yuge dharma — nāma-sańkīrtana sāra
vyakta — evident; kari' — making; bhāgavate — in Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam; kahe — they say; bāra bāra — time and time again; kali-yuge — in the Age of Kali; dharma — the religion; nāma-sańkīrtana — congregational chanting of the holy name; sāra — the essence.
