SYNONYMS
prati-vatsara -- every year; prabhu -- Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu; tanre -- him; pathana -- sends; nadiyate -- to Navadvipa; viccheda-duhkhita jani' -- knowing her affliction due to separation; janani -- His mother; asvasite -- to console.
TRANSLATION
Knowing His mother to be greatly afflicted by separation from Him, the Lord would send Jagadananda Pandita to Navadvipa every year to console her.
