prabhure uthana ghare anila bhakta-gana
SYNONYMS
aneka -- many; karila -- made; yatna -- endeavors; na haya -- there was not; cetana -- consciousness; prabhure -- Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu; uthana -- lifting; ghare -- home; anila -- brought; bhakta-gana -- the devotees.
TRANSLATION
The devotees tried to rouse the Lord by various means, but His consciousness did not return. Therefore they all lifted Him and brought Him back home.
